Accessible Seating Tickets
Accessible seating is available at all Coca-Cola Music Hall events. Accessible seating is available on all levels of the venue and may be purchased directly through us by calling at our Box Office at 787-425-0931.
Additionally, accessible seats are available by visiting the Coca-Cola Music Hall Box Office. Adjacent companion seating may be purchased based on availability.

Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available adjacent to Coca-Cola Music Hall at the Puerto Rico Convention Center for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. These accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan accordingly.
Drop off and pick up locations for guests are located next to our Box Office.
Elevator
The elevator is accessible to guests needing assistance and is located on the concourse by the Main Entrance of the Coca-Cola Music Hall.
Service Animals
Service Animals are welcome at Coca-Cola Music Hall and will rest in the seating area of the guest with a disability, rather than in the aisle.
Wheelchair accessible seating is encouraged for those with large service dogs so aisle ways are not blocked.
Wheelchair Escorts
Coca-Cola Music Hall Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts for guests when requested. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any point of entry by asking one of our Guest Services Representatives or Security Officers.
Please be aware that our team members will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be permitted to remain in a venue wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our Guest Services Representative will also provide you with an escort to the gate after the event is over.
